Baby Wratten

So its a joke in my family, that when you get 2 dogs you become pregnant.... well ITS TRUE!! I am pleased to annouce that Matt and I are expecting!! We are only 7 weeks, and I know your not suppose to say anything until after the 1st trimester, but Matt already blew that one!! We are definitely excited, and when I figure out to take a picture and add it I will show everyone our babys 1st picture! The downside.... I am so sick, I feel like I am going to die!! I do not understand these ladies who get sick everytime yet they have 4 kids... I guess I will know once my bundle of joy arrives!! We (me and my mommy, haha) are hoping of a girl, and of course Matt wants a boy! I have a feeling I will be getting my way on this one!! I will have to update my blog more often now, and maybe actually learn how to use this thing!!

Oh yeah the Dr. I was going to (who was awesome by the way) dropped the bomb on me today that it will cost an additional $5K just to continue going to her... WTF.... needless to say we will not being paying an extra $5K on top of what the insurance doesnt cover just to have her delivery the baby (and have access to her cell phone).... we werent convinced that those perks were worth it!!

Blogging for dummies

So I can not figure out blogging for my like (i.e. adding people to my blog, adding myself to other peoples blog, adding pictures, making my site look cute...). Boy do I have alot to learn.

Were getting MARRIED

Its official as on Monday, me and Matt are getting married!! It has got to be the funniest proposal story ever!! I was very very sick and didn't feel good (and when you don't feel good you always feel like your look like poop too)! So I was on my way home from work (Matt stayed home that day because he 'didn't feel good'), and I called to see if he needed me to bring him some dinner home. He tells me he got a 50% coupon to one of the nicest restaurants in Vegas, Picasso, at the Bellagio. I thought it was a little weird but went along with it anyways. So I go home, freshen up my make-up and do my hair, and we leave... So we in the car (mind you it is about 50 degrees outside, and Matt has the air conditioning on full blast, I am shivering and he is even cold, but continues to keep it on because he is sweating. So I say to him "you are not sweating because you are hott (its FREEZING in here) you are sweating because you are nervous.... do you have a ring in your pocket" and proceed to pat down his pockets while he was driving (he got very mad, because I could have cause a crash). At this time we arrive to our destination, Bellagio, and pull up to valet, because I didn't feel good, I did not want to lug around my huge purse, so I say, I want to put it in the trunk, so valet can not get into it. He tells me I cant put in the trunk because he got me a present and didn't want me to see it until after dinner (I swore it was an I-Phone, because I have been begging for one) and I go well all I have to say is it better be the white one, cause that is the one I want. He says in response, you never know it may be the black one, or the clear one.... I say, clear... they don't make a clear one.. you are retarded... and we walk into dinner! Well for those of you who have never seen inside of Picasso at the Bellagio, it is GORGEOUS, with all original artwork of Picasso's, downside, everything on the menu was basically seafood, and neither Matt or me eat seafood (it was apparent he was just going for the nicest restaurant in Vegas, rather than looking at the menu). We sit down to have the best server in the world!! He was french-basque and seemed like he came out of a french movie, even saying wii wii (I don't know how to spell it, haha). He explains the menu to us (one side, the fixed menu of only seafood), the other fixed menu had other options other than seafood, but he didn't explain what everything was. We were both terribly confused, and had to go get the General Manager (who also was the nicest person in the world, all their staff were incredible)! He explains the rest of the menu to us, and I decided that I am going to be adventurous and eat a quail salad, langostine (baby lobster), and baby deer for my main course. It was all DELICIOUS!!! Well before we started eating, Matt gets up (I though he was going to the bathroom), he gets down on one knee, I start freaking out saying (oh no your not, no no no, haha) and he gets nervous forgets everything he was going to say, and just says will you marry me. Ummm let me think about that, DUH... you are the LOVE OF MY LIFE!! So I take the gorgeous ring from him, and try to put it on my finger myself, its a good thing I did that otherwise I would have started bawling my eyes out... instead I started laughing because he take the ring back and says that he has to put it on my finger. Immediately, out of no where the staff come and congratulate us and give us a glass of yummy champagne. So that is my fabulous engagement story. I am soo happy to say I am going to be Mrs. Wratten in the near future. I couldn't have found someone more perfect for me!! I love you Matty!!! Let the wedding planning begin...
